2006 SL500 Heater Control Valve Location

Hello,
I have no heat and so I will first change my heater control valve. But I wonder if there is a thread for my model or can someone tell me where the valve is located. I have searched for threads but I cannot find one about replacing this in my car. Any help?
Thank you

Did this repair work for you? I'm having a similar problem - no heat, but the blowers and control unit seems to working fine.

That PDF form Rudeney tells you where it is..! Right under the windshield wipers bay. Need to remove the windshield wipers, they surely are stuck in the splines...! Need an small extractor tool. Then the rest is removing the plastic cover underneath, and you will be able to see the valve...would need extra long nose pliers to disconnect the hoses....! With the right tools...1 hour job and some hand scratches..!
