More info needed. Do you know where it is leaking? How much is it leaking? Have you had any roof opening or closing issues recently?
Check the control unit in the right rear of the trunk above the wheel well for any water intrusion. This has been a source of potential shorting that could result in a fire.

Welcome to the forum! Please take a moment to visit the User Control Panel and update your profile to include your car model and year, and your location (at least country). This information will then appear below your name and avatar on the left side panel next to each post you make. This will greatly help others to give you better information. If you are using the mobile version of the site, you will need to switch to the "full" version to get to the User Control Panel.
Having said that, if you have a MY2013, then you have an R231. While the vario roof on both the R230 and R231 are pretty much the same, you might get better answers asking your question on the R231 forum.

Roof leak.
I own a MB 2013 SL550. The rain leak is at the attachment of roof to windshield and on both passenger and drivers side. Not a lot but enough to be annoying.

Like I said, the roof mechanism on your R231 is pretty much the same roof mechanism as the R230, but there may be differences. I know on the R230, there is an adjustment for the roof to make it tighter. Of course as the seal ages, it will flatten and shrink so it might need to be replaced. Also, on mine, I tend to get a drip right at the corner, but only after opening the door. I think it's because the seal needs the glass against it for a good mating.
