remote key failure

the remote key flashes the lights but won't unlock the doors, the C/L works fine from the buttons inside the car.

So, using the dash switch, the door locks do operate? That probably eliminates pneumatic issues. Do you have KeylessGo? If so, how does it work?

So if it works sometimes, it could be a pneumatic issue. Are you having any other PSE problems, such as with the trunk latch, internal storage compartments, or the multi-contour seats?
