SL/R230: need help id this part#

Unfortunately just the flap isn't available for replacement. It only comes as part of the entire panel that it's attached to. The part number for the entire panel which contains the flap is: 230-750-04-25-9C83
If you still are in possession of the flap and it has just detached (as is VERY common) then you can use a 3D printing service to recreate the broken hinge mechanism as detailed in this post. https://mbworld.org/forums/sl-class-...er-called.html

thanks for the link. seems like this is a very common issue !!
the correct part number in that thread is wrong. correct part # is 230-690-10-41 for passenger side, and 230-690-09-41 for driver side.

Missing flap
I found mine underneath where it fell off into the trunk . Put your hand into the back of the trunk behind the carpet covering the trunk wall and search around the roof hinge........ with a bit of luck it will be there.....
