SL/R230 Strutmaster coilover kit installed on SL500 2004

2012 E350 Blue Tech Coup & Mercedes Benz,2004 SL500,& 2006 Harley FLHTCUI 2006 Ford E150

Strutmaster coilover kit installed on SL500 2004

Recently installed their kit on my 04 Sl500, It seem to work great for a while, now it acts like car is all over the road and very unstable around 50-60 mph, have been considering adding sway bar or something else. Looking for best item to help with this unstable condition. Any recommendations?

NO LONGER ACTIVE

No anti sway bars = swaying. ABC counteracts that hydraulically. Definitely add anti-sway bars.

Changing out the ABC struts, & installing new coil over kit was not a picnic either, only have my garage so space was kinda tight, needed whole vehicle lifted. Have you installed the sway bar? Maybe some suggestions?

You need a lift and the subframes has to come down...

Yeah, Freddie is good people. He had a guy in Budapest build him a custom manual transmission for his SL55 and he'll be documenting the build later this spring just as soon as he's done rebuilding his "Cheap" Lamborghini Murcilago that he just picked up a couple weeks ago that was used in the Fast & the Furious. Everybody and their mother insisted that he'd end up in the poor house trying to rebuild that Gallardo Spyder, but it turned out beautifully.. He's now basically doubled his money on that build. I'm jealous that he was able to get his hands on a running Murci for $80k. Even with a $50k investment in the rebuild, he's going to make out like a bandit.
