Trunk Soft Close
It happens...!
I was cleaning snow from my car with my trunk open, when I mistakenly press on the soft close button in the trunk. A bit of snow fell inside the trunk and the trunk closes but open again due to the snow. Since then, soft close still works but does not latch or lock, when I drive the car will indicate that the trunk is open, unless I manually slams it.

NO LONGER ACTIVE
Try resetting the PSE pump - pull fuse 71 on the rear panel for a few minutes.
