No crank
2004 c240 4matic,drove car,all fine ,parked for a few days ,went to start and nothing, had rained heavy while sitting,battery is new, fan runs full blast when key turned on,no power to starter fuse,replaced with 20 amp ,nothing,replaced starter relay ,nothing

An '04 C-Class has a drivetrain similar to an early R230.
This coupled with the no-start condition suggests there is no power to the engine management controller.
There is a fuse block located a few inches from the battery with an orange/red plastic cover. Check the fuses under the cover.

When the engine suction fan runs full blast with the key turned to position 2, that usually means an ECU problem. The ECU signals the fan to control its speed. When the fan gets no signal from the ECU, it defaults to high speed. Since there was rain, my guess is that the e-box on the driver's side got water in it and it shorted out the ECU.
