2009 SL63, 1999 E300 (462k miles and counting)
TPMS control module replacement

First one of these I have ever had go bad. Are these married to the vin? Or can I use a used one to replace and test?

Aren't cheap. New will run 1k and they are under the pump in the trunk. Check your antenna mount for looseness that could let water in tha drips down and does the module in.
