Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has had luck with any local dealers in San Jose, CA area with turning off the Tele - Aid warning message. My one year is up and I do not want to subscribe again, the service is useless and I know how to use a cell phone.

I am so tired of the SOS warning, I am about to write a letter to MB. I went to the dealer on Capitol and Tully and they said they could not turn off the message unless I subscribed.

I can't iminage they can force you buy a service.

Any suggestion Please.

Yup, it really sucks huh? The only way I was finally able to get all the messages off on all my cars was... to do it myself with the Star Diagnosis. The dealerships were either unwilling to do it, unwilling to spend more time figuring it out, or unable to figure it out...

How did you get a hold of a star diag, also if you are local in the bay area can I have you do the modification? thanks for the quick reply.
