Problems after changing battery

Left 2006 sl 500 car without battery for several days. After new battery was put in digital clack can't be adjusted and tire pressure sensor no longer works. Other electronics may be off also. How do I reset these items?

Potential systems requiring normalizing after battery change are:
• ESP - electronic stability program
• AAC - automatic air conditioning (2 items)
• Left front seat (7 items)
• Right front seat (7 items)
• Steering wheel and mirrors
• Windows
• Tire pressure monitoring
To normalize the ESP system, I believe you turn the steering wheel to the full stop one way, then to the full stop the other way. Windows go up all the way, then keep the button pushed up. I believe the seats are to be moved forward all the way then to the rear all the way. I'm not sure about the others. I haven't heard about the clock having a problem after battery change. Also, when changing both batteries, change the front one first, then the rear. • Tire pressure monitoring

James is right

Tire pressure might come back on it's own, you need to drive a bit
if not you need to reactivate with Xentry

for all the other resets listed by James you have solutions, in threads, use SEARCH

The tire pressure monitoring system does not require any sort of reset or initialization in this instance.
