Keyless Start Stop Push Button - Part number?
Hi all,
Do you know what the part number is for a Keyless Start/Stop Push Button for a 2009 SL550?
I have the button on the shift which works fine but wanted to also get a button for the steering wheel.

Hi James,
I did actually search before posting. There were multiple posts about people that had issues with the button and how to fix but I didn't find anything about the part number and where to buy. I also looked online and I can find many buttons that work on other models but couldn't find anything for the 2009 sl550.
I'll search again on the forums and see if I find anything...

I have never seen any R230 with a start/stop button anywhere besides the shift lever.

Maybe that is why my search is fruitless, maybe it doesn't exist for the R230.

NO LONGER ACTIVE
An EIS-mounted Start/Stop button does not exist for the R230 - it is only on the shift knob.
