Heated seat not working

My 03 SL55 heated seat is not working. Any instructions on repairing this issue ? I assume it’s a failed heat pad.

Is it totally dead, or just the back or bottom not heating?

run diagnostics
you can test the mats directly with voltage

In the left-front fuse box check the 30-ampere fuse f17. If that is fine, then you need to measure the voltage output from the controller and/or measure the resistance of each of the two heating elements. Post back if you need details.
