I connected to the "Tajikistan" web site and it's 100% clean. IN fact there aren't any scrips or any adds or anything for that matter that would even remotely be objectionable.
I run uBlock on my browser, and if there was anything like pop-ups or adds, it would immediately block it. That site is one of the few that I found that do not trigger any blocked requests. Heck, MBWorld (this page) triggers 17 requests which are blocked.
So no, I wouldn't have any problems connecting to that site, it's safe.

As a pool playing buddy of mine would have said years ago, "douche on that".
I found something better on the other site which doesn't require an Internet connection or relying on the website of some third world country. It's the ETM wiring diagrams and Starfinder parts locator software that runs under any version of Windows. It's a 150 MB download from here.
