Trunk bump stops
I need help I have an 03 sl 500 and I’m repairing the latch as per another write up . How do you remove the left and right bump stops ? I’ve removed the t30 screw but can’t get the piece out

Yes, the 'guides' need to come off. These are not the adjustable bump stops.
There are 2 screws to remove on the guides in my car.
