Lightbulb Hotline Archive: ABC suspension leaks down more than 10mm overnight.NO external leaks

Having access to the biggest USA workshop live hotline databases, I will publish them here and might help some.

Customer Concern: ABC suspension leaks down more than 10mm overnight. There is NO external leakage.
Average Reported Mileage: 101260

Diagnostic Codes
C1525
C1526
C1531

Tests/Procedures:
1. Run car and inspect for correct fluid level for hydraulic suspension. With vehicle level at the "Normal" ride height, the fluid should show between the MIN and MAX marks for ENGINE ON UNLADEN.
2. Perform factory operations to flush and filter the suspension hydraulic system. Complete Procedure available by fax but factory scan tool is needed.
a. Clean oil reservoir completely!
b. Filter ABC system. Include 1/2 hour for Rodeo.
c. Raise with scan tool and bleed oil from struts.
d. Repeat steps 3 and 4 three times.

3. If vehicle still leaks down, then replacement of front and or rear valve blocks may be needed.

4. Read service bulletin LI32.50-P-046012 and LI32.50-P-044994. All work operations are labeled in the bulletins. Tech Tips: If a vehicle lowers after being stationary (engine off) within approximately one week, this is likely due to internal leakage in the check valve of the front (Y36/1) or rear (Y36/2) axle valve blocks. The internal leakage is the result of deposits or contamination on the valve seat of the check valve. In order to remove the deposits, filter the ABC system.

Hello;

Please help;
C1526-001
C1526-002
C1526-004
C1526-008

All lines and solenoid connections are correct.

When the car starts, the height is normal after about 40 seconds Of idle. When driving, the red ABC warning comes across the dash Within about 300 Yards. The car is still at the correct height.

When the car is shut off, the ABC go to max height on all 4 corners.
It shoots up pretty quick, so the system has good pressure throughout.
The pump is putting between 180 and 190 bar of pressure.
There are no leaks.

Going to try a pressure sensor and used ABC controller to see if that fixes it. I’m just going to start throwing parts at the problem unless anyone has any ideas.

The car has all new accumulators (3) and new pulsation damper. Both valve blocks have been completely rebuilt.

The height button inside the car works perfectly.

The struts appear to be strong.

The car will go through the full rodeo test.

What am I missing? This problem is on all 4 points of the car.
