Engine Type ?? HELP !!

Hello All -

I was looking on Ebay for some engine mounts and I noticed it gives two options for engine type -

5.0L 4966CC V8 GAS SOHC NATURALLY ASPIRATED
or
5.0L 4973CC V8 GAS SOHC NATURALLY ASPIRATED

How do I tell which one I have - I ask, because as I mentioned, I was looking for some engine mounts and the 4973CC gives me the option to purchase the FEBI Bilstein mount (https://www.ebay.com/itm/Engine-Moun...0AAOSwDZ1bJDEG) and the 4966CC only allows me to buy the Lemforder one

I'm not sure which one is best - if there is a major difference - but I would like to make sure I purchase the correct/best one

My VIN # is WDBSK75F23F028293 - I did the VIN decoder and it didn't say which engine I have

Can anyone help me ?

Thanks in advance for the help !!

I believe Lemforder is the OEM- you want to stick with genuine motor mounts- no exceptions

Thank you Thank you - for the quick responses - and THANK YOU to @pmercury for the datacard - I very much appreciate that

However, the questions remains, which engine do I have ?

I reviewed the datacard and the VIN decoder - either I'm completely blind and missing it, or its not on there - Does anyone know ???

Thanks @pmercury I appreciate the information.

Just to be curious - do you have any background information on the 4966cc vs 4973cc engine - obviously the 4973cc engine is slightly bigger - was the change a year thing, or was it a running line change and the VIN number is the only way to determine which engine you have?

Also, where would I have found this information - I didn't see it by looking at your datacard or the VIN decoder - just trying to educate myself and understand where/how you got the information

Thank you again for your help !!

Type in your vin at vindecoderz and it will tell you under the build sheet if you either have an M113 (4966cc) which are in 2000 and up Or M119 (4973cc) which are prior to 2000.
