Front valve block High Pressure Line blew

Hi gents.

my 05 55 blew a hose today. Looking at it, it goes in to the front valve block marked with the letter “P” according to the WIS. That’s the High Pressure Supply Line from the pump. I’ve look for the part number of this hose and it’s indicated to be 230-320-00-72. I’ve tried to locate where does the other end goes to, but no luck yet as it’s invisible under the engine mount and front sub-frame. I’d like to ask you gents where does this line goes to and how difficult is is to replace it? Thank a million.

Thank you for your help. I didn’t see anything in my PM box. Would you resend it once again please? Thank you so much.

Thank you for your reply. I will search it up and see what I can find at McMaster Carr. Do you by chance know what is the OD size of this compression adapter is?

Ok. Local shop was able to duplicated the section of busted hose. Will see how it goes after installation. Wish me luck.

Did they braze the male fittings onto the tube (on each end of the hose), or is that some other type of fitting?

I asked the shop to put two swivel female JIC on the rubber hose section. Then they cut off the steel tubing sections on both ends of the existing hose and brazed it on the open end 10mm JIC male fittings. Then a compression fitting on the end that goes into the hard line that runs under the subframe and zig zag around the engine bay. This was done just in case that if this works out, then only the rubber hose section will need to be replace next time and the compression fitting and metal piping won’t need to be remove. Less chance of leaks.

Finally done.

Ok gents. The compression coupling installation seems to be a success. Only time will tell for sure. As of current, there’s no leaks and holding.
