Tensioner 137 200 02 70 or pulley only

Hello.

I am studying the replacement of pulleys and tensioner.

I do not understand why the pulley on the tensioner can not be bought separately as everyone is listing the tensioner as a single unit.

Can anyone help me finding the part number for the tensioner pulley?

thanks.

Pulleys are all over eBay, here’s one example

Im my opinion though they aren’t that much cheaper and not worth the extra time to separate the pulley. The whole tensioner only takes 15 mins to replace.

Tensioner pulleys are pretty universal, you usually just need to match diameter and width. Most are made with a 6203 bearing centered in the pulley, but double check that on yours. If the tensioner has free motion and no excessive rock, you are fine with just replacing the idler.

I agree.

I am preparing as even the inspection is not easy for this car.

It will be handy once find it need changing.

My problem is I can not find the right pulley as I do not know the size of original.

Took 3 hours remove the belt to inspect the pulley.

The grooved one and one on the tensioner sound noticeable louder.

Unfortunately, engine still too noisy even without the belt.
