are batteries new ?

Thanks! Before this happened my rear battery died. I replaced rear battery with new one and fortunately car started right up but unfortunately it only lasted about a week and it did it again. I took battery in to get tested and new battery was dead really strange that new battery died after a week. I got another new battery in exchange and I installed it and this time it didn’t start. I’m not sure if it’s the alternator since the new battery wasn’t being charged and died within one week. I’ve also replaced starter battery and didn’t do anything
if the key doesn't turn means that its not accepted
can be many causes like bad EIS ect
check fuses, but I would suggest you find someone with a Xentry diagnostics system to test, you'll find the cause immediatly

Hi, my keyless entry and start button is not working. The ignition key works, the key fob unlocks and locks. What do you advise?
can be the keyless go part on you key not working
or the keyless go module not working, no power supply or can problem to communicate with the EIS
