Need help part numbers for starter fuses

My 03 sl500 have the red battery lights visit work shop display on the cluster. I already replaced the alternator (bad) and both batteries (both bad). I figure the starter fuses is next and which I can’t find the part numbers. People at MB part counter says they never seen this kind of fuses before and would only help if I get the part numbers. WTH lol i just wanted to reach over the counter and smack them. Its the 200 amp fuse F52F2 and the 100 amp fuse F52F1. In the front prefuse block (F52) thank you

The OE Mercedes part is purple and is P/N 000000 000316 (200A). I know this P/N in correct for the rear prefuse box on the '03 and I assume that the front is the same. I think that the 100A one is 000000 000415. I'm not sure that fuses are you issue, but this should help you out if you do need them.

thank you! I figure I’ll give them a try before narrowing down to the battery module
