Mercedes SL Comand NTG 2, upgrade to NTG 2.5

I Currently have the stock Comand NTG 2.0 and sadly my LCD screen is starting to get issue's with the LCD pixels. I have thought about upgrading to an aftermarket, however I've adapted my current Comand to have Bluetooth music streaming, AUX, USB, DAB, phone etc already so it's a shame to replace as it works great!
Options on the table are to replace screen on current unit, or could I upgrade to the slightly wider and better NTG 2.5 Comand does anyone know?
Dont worry I found my answer, it will take too much effort to convert for little gain, as already have all the inputs I need, therefore I am going to replace the scree, I will probably post some pics to help others.
