Beautiful day and top issue
This morning was cool and beautiful for cars and coffee. First time out in 3 months that I wanted to put the top down. When I pulled the switch everything worked as expected but real slowly. I put it off on the cool temperature (40*F) and not being used for 3 months. When I returned home and went to put the top up again things worked but slowly up to he point the trunk lit needed to close. It was stuck in the open position. I eventually got it closed with a bit of help by lightly pushing it down. Got out my MBII and got theses readings.
any help from the experts here would be greatly appreciate. The pump is showing full on the mark at the end and the trunk divider was in the open position when I read the information above.

The trunk divider open will give you the 314 not okay and the top wouldn't have started to open if limit switches were the issue. I would suspect internal leakage on the trunk cylinder or low pressure output from the pump. The trunk lift and close is a fair amount of the total cycle and slow operation there will make the entire cycle slow. If the roof, roll bar, and the load assist seem normal, it is probably the trunk cylinder. If everything is really slow, I would be more concerned with the pump.

I missed that. With the switches fine and no codes, I can offer that I've seen this several times on different cars:
In all cases the pump pressure was fine, and there was no internal leakage from any cylinder. I found no solution, but over time the operation and speed of the top returned to normal.
