This is my recent 4 wheel alignment. Would like to know if the front camber is worth buying the camber bolts to adjust it in slightly? Or should I leave it?
You should change them caster and camber. I would not be surprised if you needed a lower control arm bushing. If you do buy the arm with the bushing because you need a special tool to press the bushing in the arm. I went through this with my 04 and before keeping the alignment was a problem as it would change.

^this. The front lower control arm bushings only last about 40k before they need replaced.
