Replaced battery - setting clock.
Hi,
I have a Sl500, 2005, 7 speed, Australian.
ijust changed the consumer battery (rear battery). Everything seems to be working properly but when I try to reset the clock, it will only let me move it in 30 minute intervals, not by the minute. And the clock keeps running as well.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem.

2005 R 230 SL350 (M112 3.7). Sold the 1966 W113 230SL recently
Sound like you have the Comand unit. Expose the car to satellite signals and it should fix the minutes. The hours you can adjust through the nav/radio unit in the dash.

Your right after a short time I was able to adjust the minutes.
didn’t realise that was the problem..
This forum is great usually the first place I go with an issue.
