Help with ABC problem.

Hello;
I’mmhaving an issue with my ABC system after rebuilding my valve blocks.
All lines and solenoid connections are correct.

When the car starts, the height is normal after about 40 seconds Of idle. When driving, the red ABC warning comes across the dash Within about 300 Yards. The car is still at the correct height.

When the car is shut off, the ABC go to max height on all 4 corners.
It shoots up pretty quick, so the system has good pressure throughout.
The pump is putting between 180 and 190 bar of pressure.
There are no leaks.

Going to try a pressure sensor and used ABC controller to see if that fixes it. I’m just going to start throwing parts at the problem unless anyone has any ideas.

The car has all new accumulators (3) and new pulsation damper. Both valve blocks have been completely rebuilt.

The height button inside the car works perfectly.

The struts appear to be strong.

The car will go through the full rodeo test.

What am I missing? This problem is on all 4 points of the car.

Newby here with intermittent ABC Malfunction. Just read through the forums a fair amount.

What was the last thing done?

All 4 strut pressure sensors died at same time?

Consider air trapped in each dead leg of the struts. It’s a one way hydraulic line to each strut, no circulation. At least on the W221.

The fix in thread below might be relevant to your issue?

Read through the thread thoroughly as I’ve never performed the procedure.

Summary:
Put the car up on jack stands,
Prepare to use a separate jack to compress the strut.
Open bleeder valve on strut. (No bleeder valve, crack the fitting on the hydraulic line at top of strut)
Use jack to compress strut fully.
Close the bleeder valve. (No bleeder valve, tighten the fitting on the hydraulic line at top of strut.
Remove the compression jack.
Lower the car down to the ground.
Prepare a bottle of ABC juice.
Start the the car and keep the reservoir topped off while the car raises itself back up to normal height, like an elephant rising up off of one knee.

NOTE: it was mentioned numerous times in the thread to never have the car off the ground with the suspension dangling down, struts hyper extended, and start the engine. ABC damage can occur. Cant recall what will happen, but etched in my brain is something not good.

Sometimes the new guy just fresh back from training can make a difference.

I didn’t notice the starting thread was many years old. New guy not paying attention to detail.

The guy probably dumped his Mercedes and bought a Chevy.
