SDS C4 Replace Battery Warning
SDS C4 Replace Battery WarningI tried using the C4 yesterday and it gave me a replace battery warning and the battery symbol showed no bars at all. So this the 3rd time I've replaced new, fresh batteries in two days and it keeps happening. I can put in fresh batteries and within 2-3 min it will flash the battery notice.
Any ideas if something else is wrong? Does anyone make a plug in voltage supply for the C4?
Thanks
Hary

This seems to be a common issue with Chinese clones. The battery circuits are poorly made, often with components missing.
However you do not need battery's to run the C4, will work fine when connected to the car without, as gets power from the car.

Thank you for the reply.
I've had the car plugged into a charger and with the C4, on the laptop screen it shows the car has 14.4.v
I'm having issues with the test commands to the vehicle either taking absurdly long and most not being performed at all. I'm a little concerned. The chassis isn't showing any fault codes but I get failed connection bars
