The dealership should have them or be able to order them if not in stock. You can also order parts directly from MB online and have them shipped to your house.

And since these fasteners are relatively inexpensive, and 10-20 years old, it’s a good idea to have enough new fasteners on hand to replace all of them for your particular project. They are considered consumables and failure is expected at some point. From experience, it’s a PIA to have to go to the dealership to buy fasteners after you get the door panel off just so the you can reinstall the door panel.

Rudolphp - just to avoid a li'l misunderstanding: the fastener in your photo is for the two boot fixtures only. In the door panels the perishing fasteners are round, famously red (and biggish).
