Were can i get the rods and the spring to fix the small flaps kit on ebay was just flaps and hinges

They are not rods, but cables. They come as an entire unit.

If you are looking for the small flaps shown here try this German ebay site. I used them 4 years ago for replacements and they were great. Unfortunately they were not happy with delivery problems to USA so I'm not sure they still deliver here.
