Horn Blows Stuck On When Touch Air Bag Surface or Turn Steering Wheel Why????
Does anyone know why the horn blows and sometimes stays stuck on? I can push the air bag surface in the center of the steering wheel to blow the horn normally. I may need to push the air bag surface to un-stick or stop the horn from blowing. Sometimes just turning the steering wheel sets the horn off blowing!

Underneath that plate, there are 4 springs at the corners. You can see them on your 2nd pic. Remove the plate and stretch the springs to give them more resistance.

The springs had some gray oxidation. I sprayed some dry lube on the springs and narrow surfaces that could get stuck. I pried the springs up and down to free up movement. I snugly tightened/not torqued down hard the 2 airbag bolts. The horn is no longer sticking.
