SL/R230: My AC Problem

My AC Problem
Hi, I have a 2002 R230 SL500.
My car's A/C compressor sometimes doesn't work.
But once it works, it works fine and cools very well until I touch it.
But when I turn the car off and start it again, or press the AC Off button and then turn it back on, the compressor doesn't respond.
Also, if I leave it for a while and start it the next day, the AC works normally.
The above symptoms don't always occur and the refrigerant is sufficient.
It seems that the above symptoms occur when the car is sufficiently warmed up, but this is not sure.
Does anyone have any idea about this issue or can you tell me what I should check?
I need your advice.
Thank you.

I have had hydraulic suspension fluid pooled in the AC dryer sensor on top of the drier. Spray sensor with electronics cleaner, then compressed air. It is a more thorough cleaning method to first disconnect the sensor without breaking retainer clips.
