Rear defroster has power not working
Anyone have a rear defroster issue - I have power going to it both sides - just wondering if someone has the wiring diagram they can send me so I can check the wiring going to the glass from the inside of the trunk - or if someone knows how’s it’s grounded?

On the back right side under the inner plastic cover of the rear window frame is the electrical wire that connects to the window wires that are adhered to the inside of the glass.
Just last week I found that mine had the same symptoms as yours and that the connection from the braided wire to the window wires was broken. I resoldered them together and it works now. You can also scrape the glass wire surface and use electrically conducting paste or adhesive from ebay or other to fix to rebuild the electrical connection to the braided wire.
