The wood parts we ordered from the Dealer. The wood is called Black Ash and it replaced the Burlwood that came with the car. The cost of them were as follows:
Steering wheel - $3,250.
Center console - $1,470.
Shifter knob - $550.
Side door wood, left - $261.
Side door wood, right - $261.
If you need any of these parts with Burlwood wood, I know who has some.

The door panel does come in several pieces but I believe the upper portion over the wood is part of the main frame of the door panel and can not be replaced separately.
