SL/R231: Embrace 2 and GPS routes

Embrace 2 and GPS routes
Have any of the new embrace 2 equipped cars owners had trouble receiving routes for the GPS sent to the car from a computer?
According to Embrace, the route should automatically appear when starting the car. I have to manually download it.
With Embrace 2, pushing the "I" button on the overhead should not be necessary. In fact, it will only connect me to Embrace.

They tell me that it should appear on the screen as soon as the car is started.
I've been downloading the routes and destinations through the internet rather than bother the workers at Embrace. It's next to the last choice on the internet page.

Both times I used the function I was already in the car and driving---not really that convenient to send an internet link. But I tried doing it from my iPhone over lunch and had no problems.

Embrace called me twice today. They have fixed Send to Benz. http://mbrace.mbusa.com/send2benz
Now when a route is sent to the car that has Embrace 2, it automatically appears on the nav screen when the engine is started. An option to save or proceed is given.
It doesn't yet work with google maps but it should soon. Of course you have to register with them first.

Embrace has fixed Google Maps for Embrace 2 equipped cars.
Now when you plan your trip online and send it to your new car, a dialogue box automatically appears on the Command screen after engine start.
