We have many racing clubs here. I've personally driven at the Rolex course at Daytona many times in my Z06. This is not an SL activity.

Living in Florida means not too many twisty roads. However, in the US we have some of the world's greatest roads for sports cars.

Hi. Can you (or anyone else) post pictures of the interior black/brown leather. I really don't want a black or red interior.

I like the light beige interior, but don't want beige carpet.

For this reason, I am considering the brown/black. The pictures show a light brown leather with black carpet.

Unfortunately, there aren't too many brown/black interior combinations on dealer lots (that I have seen).

Can anyone post some pics of brown/black interiors. I am hoping it a light brown interior, as shown on the build page of mbusa.com.

I'm looking to upgrade my 2009 SL550 to a 2014, but don't want to lose the nice ride and handling. I test drove a 2014 SL63 yesterday and the ride was way too firm and harsh for my liking. It sounds like I need to test drive an SL550 with ABC and one without, and it's likely I'll want the ABC, even with its prior reliability problems.

I have been driving a 2013 SL550 for about one year now. I specifically ordered it with ABC. The suspension is terrific, adjustable and keeps the car flat as can be going quickly around corners. For me, any old issues with reliability of ABC are non-issues because I am leasing the car for three years and it is all fully under warranty. The car is definitely not too harsh whether in sport or comfort mode. 95% of the time I keep it in sport mode and only rarely put it in comfort mode. I have never driven a car without ABC so I can't comment on the differences.

Ok. I will say that I like the brown, black combo. My last couple of cars have have brown with light carpets and I didn't like them as well. Good luck in finding what you are looking for.
