QUOTE: "What are you using to clean / wax your car - paintwork looks great!"
When nearly new, I did 3 coats/applications of Zaino Z2 using ZFX Flash Cure Accelerator. I now do one application of that about one time/year in the spring. I use their Z7 car wash followed by Z6 enhancer spray after drying with a MasterBlaster for each wash. She lives in a climate-controlled garage. About 15,000 miles.
But one thing I have to say… the paint quality and durability on this car is probably the best I've seen on any car I've ever owned (including many prior BMWs, Porsches, Mercedes, etc.) There is just no orange peel or other significant imperfections and the clearcoat is phenomenal. It is remarkably resistant to the environmental and atmospheric damage from which a prior BMW M5 suffered immensely. Water spots, etchings from random bird droppings, etc. spoiled that car's finish very quickly and disappointingly. Maybe it's the Zaino that I keep on it or maybe it's just an extremely durable clearcoat, but this car's finish seems impervious.

After extensive hours of research (and listening to everybody saying that what they use is the best) I've been leaning toward the Zanio products - looks like the way to go. Assume the application is as easy as advertised.
All ....sorry about the thread hi-jack will take it offline from here.
So, I'm buying new wheels... currently running 19's but many of the wheels I like are only available in 20's. What are your thoughts on the ride with the 20" wheels? You happy with it? Like yourself, I'm in the southwest so I do not have to contend with adverse weather or bad roads too often but I would be curious if you would do it again?

I can't tell any difference in ride quality, I have the Active Body Control suspension

Or do it like AMG does. 19" in front & 20" in rear. We used that combo with high-performance Michelin PS4s. They rode softer than stock 19" wheels with run flats...

Just that you have asked about ride quality, makes me think that it means something to you. If you have ABC, you might want to go 20’s in the rear, 19’s up front. If you don’t have ABC, I’d drop down to 18’s all the way around. I am a ride quality freak. I have ABC and went with 19’s all the way around. With Michelin A/S3+ non-run flats, the car rides like a dream. Looks pretty good too, I think.

Where were you a couple of hours ago??.... Before I pulled the trigger on 20’s.... 😬. Yes, I have ABC and won’t be using run flats...I guess I’ll find out in a couple weeks..

We will all be waiting, in great anticipation, to hear how you like what you have chosen!

are these Michelin A/S 3 plus tires as quiet as the Bridgestone Serenity Plus?

Hard to say. The Bridgestone’s are my all time favorites—have them (QuietTrack is new name) on my S560, but they don’t make them in a size that will fit the SL. So, I went with these Michelin’s and they ride beautifully and are silent. What’s not to like?

thanks, good to know, I will replace my Goodyear RF's that came from the factory on my '18 S560 with Michelin A/S 3 plus tires! (they are available in 20")
