Just love the Mclaren, always have done.

Interesting Article which we briefly talked about in a previous thread, what else out there is there...

One can get one of these with reasonably low mileage for around 280K and could it in 10 years be worth 500K to one mill? The trouble is that who would want to make one of these your daily driver, would hate to think what the costs would be when something went wrong..they talk of 30K for brake pads...yikes. But something along these lines I would just love to see from MB 2020 around 130-150 with all the toys......

Who would have guessed? This is also happening to a lesser extend to the SLS's.

But I think this is a risky game and may require patience. Worst of all, driving the car would be in the background.

I had an option for a Porsche 918 slot but couldn't imagine spending over $800K on a car. In hindsight a mistake, given that they now sell for $1.5m to $2m

hmmmm.............nice return. wonder if I can pick up one for under 20K in good condition and under 200K.......play with her in my garage, take her out say 3 thousand miles in 5 years..that's plenty of play time. My vette has 8K since 2005!! Garage Queen........dream on I suppose, but its those that take the risk and in this case fairly calculated, that could just pay off?
