SL/R231: TIREFIT KIT AND MOE
http://www.roadandtrack.com/new-cars...sport-4s-test/
PILOT SUPER SPORT 255/35/19 front + 285/30/19 rear = $250x2+345x2 = $1190
PILOT SPORT 4S 255/35/19 front + 295/30/19 rear = $236x2+312*2 = $1096
Am I missing something?

Width is slightly wider at approx 1/2” on a 295 and will confirm with a tire shop that there’s no interference with brakes or other parts.
Simply keep a fitkit with goo and inflator.
Also checked the brand new Michelin self sealing tires, and not avail now in SL sizes.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
It's a term often used by Tire Manufacturers and Tire Sellers to describe a particular brand/type/size of tire that MB or another car manufacturer has selected as their 'factory standard' for one or more models, (i.e. the tires installed on that vehicle at the Factory when the car is assembled). If you've ever shopped the on-line Seller 'Tire Rack' (by vehicle type), then you've probably seen the term 'OE Tires' shown there, which of course, designates those tires that were 'original equipment' for a specific vehicle..
In some cases a manufacturer like MB will work with a Tire Manufacturer during testing and development to ensure a particular tire is able to meet the expected performance criteria MB expects for a particular model.
Once in awhile, a new model with very advanced levels of performance will reqire an entirely new performance tire to be co-developed in conjunction with one of the Tire Manufacturers. It may then become a 'brand exclusive tire' offering for that one particular brand and model.

Interference hasn't been an issue for me and everything works perfectly, the ride is a ton smoother, traction has improved, NVH is much lower, and the PS4S is a ton better looking than the stock tires. One regret I have is not refurbishing, repairing, and cleaning my rims before install.
