R231 Facelift question

I'm waiting for a white car and I want to break the whiteness with a couple of tweaks.

Is the splitter on the front bumper removable or is it all molded with the bumper?

I am thinking about wrapping the splitter in CF or getting a CF splitter if possible / available.

Also looking at CF mirror covers & spoiler.

One piece bumper on yours.

I have experimented with black vinyl on rocker panel on one side to look more like the AMG version. Vinyl not a good solution, but I am considering masking and painting with either black or blackchrome color.

Specifically, I am talking about the "spear" molded into the rocker panel.

If you post a picture of what you're trying to wrap, I can give you advice on if it is practical/possible to wrap in with vinyl.

Don,
Appreciate the offer.... car is 600 miles away from me until May. I did a poor job with a piece of black vinyl, and I am sure you could do it right.

What I did looks great from 50 feet, but it can be much better.

Resurrected this thread because, looking at front ends for sale on ebay etc it seems the front splitter is a separate part ---any ideas on how to get it off?
