Weistec tune

I just installed a reflash of my ECU from Weistec. Wow! What a difference. The car I have is a 2016 Mille Miglia 417 SL. While it was fast stock, this thing is like my Nissan GTR in acceleration. I am not kidding! It really woke up the car. Also, the engine retains its smoothness in the entire powerband, and believe it or not, does not affect the gas mileage noticeably like other cars. I can safely recommend this ECU upgrade to anyone considering a reflash of their ECU.
Also, I would like to thank the members who have been helping me with the rear speaker sound fix. Thanks again.

Sounds good did you also install the airlfilters and spark plugs? You may also be interested in some RennTech mufflers or a complete exhaust system by Speedriven.

Yes, I changed to the BMC filters, but not the plugs since the car is new. I think I will stick with the exhaust because the car is stealthily fast that way. I bought a set of Brabus springs to lower the car slightly and improve the handling a little. I talked to the Speedriven guys and in the future may add downpipes. Right now, I am doing the rear speaker fix and an Alpine underseat subwoofer-new model.

Are able to disclose how much was the tune? How did they tune it. Was it a ecu flash or a plug option.. did you mail it in? Any information will be appreciated

When I was considering between all different options all listed in SL forums, decided to go Renntech for 2 reasons: very simple install, no ECU removal, just plug n play and can be remove-reinstall tune at any time in same way and second key point was reliability. The rest of options in market was too complicated, I know myself, dont want to mess with laptop etc. Now I just remove tune before service guy or wife will drive car to limit fun factor. Another reason was reliability, we have some other tunes available locally and local MB service knows issues. I agree that Renntech price was most expensive, in plus side, turbo, -gain in hp is noticeable, very fun to drive. So its very easy and handy tune. Only downside is that product is shipped from US and applicable for EU toll tax + some paperwork. Initially I was hoping that GER branch can sell it. Service and support was very helpful, special thanks to Michael from Renntech ME branch! I understand that Weisstec solution is ECU flash and you have to send ECU to them. Not the best if you have daily driver, but not bad once car is storaged for winter.
