SL/R231: CPO Paperwork?

CPO Paperwork?
Should I have received a hard copy CPO warranty or warranty card? I am guessing the warranty status is in some MB database that all dealers use, is this correct? My selling dealer is over an hour away and I plan to use a local dealer for service. I think I'll stop by on Monday for a chat.

Certified Pre-Owned MB's, (CPO's), are registered within the MB network so that any Authorized MB Dealer can verify your car's CPO status. There should also be a CPO 'sticker' applied to the inside part of the driver's side car door which will be visible with the door is opened.

I'm wondering what an old, broken down war horse like you wants with the smooth driving SL? They are for Air Force guys like me. I mean, after all.....

Your selling dealer can print out a CPO documents - it's like 3 pages - and it's good to have so YOU remember the CPo dates

Thanks. Four years in a Corvette that the wife hated was enough. She loves the SL and I am getting used to its luxury. First Benz after a fleet of BMWs. Very impressed so far.
