cup holder for ashtray?
My 2016 SL400 has an ashtray in the center console and only one cup holder. Is there a replacement cup holder available that will replace the ashtray?

Don’t you just pull the ash tray out and the remaining hole becomes another cup holder?

Exactly what I did, yank out the ashtray (but keep it for the future) giving larger cup holder on the left, but still functional for the occasional Slurpee! I have a 'large' Yeti cup that fits perfectly in the old ashtray hole.

Mine has proper cup holders with the spring loaded clamps. I didn't know they still fitted ashtrays in cars.

Yes, Both sides are spring loaded. The system is not cup holder on one side with ash tray on the other side. It is two cup holders with a optional slide in ash tray.....

Yes, the ashtray is an option. Just pull it out and the other cup holder is under it...

Ash tray was option code 301 on my build sheet. Kept it for sometime in the future when I get the hoverboard to work properly and sell the SL, well maybe.
