EOL purchase question Re 2018 SL550
Hi All,
End Of Lease coming up on my 2018 SL550 and I'm strongly considering buying out the lease because the new R232 with soft top does not interest me so ......looking for input from all as to thoughts/ comments/ suggestions:
MY 2018 SL550 is Diamond White/ Saddle Nappa with ABC and all available options other than the B&O Sound.
Leased new by me in late Aug 2017 now has 15,000 miles and new tires replaced under Tire & Rim warranty as well as rear speaker fix ect.
EOL buyout date is 8/31/2020 @ $67,127 + $150 purchase option fee.
I know one option is work with the dealer to let him buy out and sell back to me at maybe a lower price and as CPO but, I don't want a CPO warranty (If I buy the car only want a Factory ELW as I have found the Factory ELW is just like the original Factory Warranty but, the CPO has many exclusions and is not full coverage).
So....I thought maybe go to MB Financial and see if I can negotiate a better price based on maybe a lower market price than originally calculated in late 2017 but, MB Financial says only way is to let a Dealer buy the car from them and then do a deal to buy used BUT, if I do that I can't get a Factory ELW only a CPO.
PS: I already bought the Factory ELW from Cassandra (great to deal with and GREAT price) but, I can get out of it if I want.
So.....any ideas I have not covered above ?
If not I think the $67,127 is a decent price as I'm original owner/lessee and the car is perfect but, many here are I suspect more knowledgeable than I am so ...........
Appreciate any thoughts/ comments/ suggestions.

I’ve been looking at used SL’s for the last several months and I can tell that you I would buy that car for $67,000. Interestingly enough the average Manheim auction price for 2018 SL’s for the last two weeks in June was $67,400. The fact that you were the original owner (of sorts) is a huge plus.
