I was drawn to the site looking for info after ordering an E63s. Thought I would post some pictures of my wife's SL550, which was our first of three MB's. It is a 2014 in lunar blue metallic with ginger beige and espresso brown interior. My wife has named it "Baby". At 7 years old with 48,000+ miles it still looks pretty good. We love the car and it is a real joy to cruise the mountain roads with the top down.
I like the these cars in the Lunar Blue metallic color. It’s an unexpected color to see on a r231. Looks quite sporty!
Thank you. When we bought it we were looking for that color and it took quite a while to find one. During a lengthy search there was never more than 7-8 on autotrader in the lower 48.
I have this same color combination on my 2013. It has about 54,000 miles on it. I love the color; it looks almost black in the shade but the blue really pops in the sunlight. Thanks for sharing and Happy Motoring!

It seems to be a rare color in these and by far our favorite. We get compliments on the color most places we stop.
