Massage not working
Good morning! New owner of a 2015 SL550 White Arrow. I just took ownership the other day and am trying out all the features. On the drivers seat massage settings, I can click any of the options 1-4, and the Massage setting indicates my selection. Then, a couple of seconds later, the selection reverts back to 0 (Off), and I can no longer select any of the 1-4 options. Thoughts?

This is typically a failure of the pump or a leak in the bladder. Are you hearing the pump at all? Just compare to the passenger seat...

2013 SL 550
The same thing happened to me on a recently purchased SL 550. Both side bolsters in the drivers seat only holds air for a few seconds and I hear a hissing sound. Sometimes it will not inflate at all. I would like to know if that means it is the bladder(s) or a valve leaking or what. The passenger seat works fine and stays inflated. If it is seat bladders what is the cost to repair?
