SL/R231: While I知 waiting.

I wouldn’t mind either of the two cars sitting in my driveway either. Yellow one has been de-badged I assume by the prior owner, so I am not sure what it is. Anyone know what it is?? The S coupe I really like and would love to own.

Nice photos (and inventory) for sure! I especially like the shot of Stirling Moss's 300SLR with which he won the 1955 Mille Miglia. The number "722" signifies his starting time in the 1,000-mile race. With the help of navigator Denis Jenkinson, Stirling completed the race in just over 10 hours, averaging a hair under 100 mph for the Brescia-Rome-Brescia roundtrip. Jenkinson's article about the race is a great read for anyone who hasn't already seen it (With Moss in the Mille Miglia.)

I am in just on the Maryland line just before DE and NJ. Harford Cnty.
It wasn't a detail, just the basic MB car wash, but still got the bird droppings off. Looks like they never really try to clean the wheels lol. I always see like one wipe and the rest of the wheel dirty lol. Eventually I will get better break pads when its time for new ones that will cut down on this dust. Still the car wash cost me nothing and I am happy to have it. It didn't rain until the SL was back at home sooo all good. SUV today...
