SL/R231: Interior lighting question

Interior lighting question
2013 SL My rearview mirror has 2 small lamps directly under the mirrio body the passenger side lamp is always on the drivers side is off how do these lamps toggle on and off I could not find this in the owner manual

You have a bulb out. The lights you mention, (not the other little toggle on/off map lights) are always on ambient lighting.
