2015 SL550 and 2013 Ferrari California
Which Battery is Best?
I’m going to replace the main battery in my 2015 SL550 and I’m considering these three. Anybody have any comments about these or suggestions about better alternatives? The NAPA Legend is on sale for $50 off, and the Odyssey is $365.

Have you tried the dealer for a price? In the UK they're comparable to other retailers.

I installed a Duralast Platinum a year ago, and it's fine. Three manufacturers make 2/3's of the world's car batteries, so it's likely you're getting a battery from one of them no matter what brand you buy.

I actually have the Odyssey battery and it's been fine. I got it from FCP Euro about 2 years ago. At the time it was $263. It is now $356.

I just checked the date on my battery and it’s actually the original one from 2014, so I guess I’ll stick with the dealer.

Thats's a deal -- dealer charges you for a new battery, and returns the take-out for a free replacement under a 3 year warranty, then sells it to the next guy.
