Intermittent AC Vents
So my vents cycle through different settings where some come on and off and different strength of airflow before settling on something after 30 to 60 seconds. Almost always the center dash vents will not have any airflow after that (It will for up to 15 seconds). I can switch between all the different settings and options and it will still do this. Any ideas what the issue/fix may be? It's over 100 degrees in FL right now and I need those center vents blowing on me at high speed!

First thing I would check is HVAC Duct Air Temperature Sensor.
You can test it in XENTRY but will be tough to diagnose without a comprehensive code reader.
Though from what you describe not as likely, there is also a door actuator valve in there that controls airflow that may be worth testing.
I always say it, but these cars are nearly impossible to work on in an effective manner without STAR SDS/XENTRY.
Just the way modern cars are now….
Good Luck!
