Porcelain - White or Beige?
I am trying to buy an SL550. The local selection is limited, so I'll probably be buying cross-country. I like the look of the Porcelain / Black interior in pictures, it looks white in most pictures. Now, though, I see that in the 2017 brochure, in addition to Porcelain, there is Platinum White and Deep White. I'm wondering, is Porcelain actually white, or a very light beige? If you got into a car w/ Porcelain leather, and someone asked you what color it is (without having anything whiter for comparison) would your first impression be white or beige?

It's a very light beige. The white interiors are undoubtedly white, whereas you could consider porcelain to be a very unsaturated beige.

I'm running 295-sectoin rear tires instead of the stock 285. I got the middle mufflers cut out for a small increase in volume. It burbles on downshifts now, but it's nothing obnoxious.
