SL/R231: 2014 SL550 NAV/RAdio/BU Camera Stopped

2014 SL550 NAV/RAdio/BU Camera Stopped
Took the vehicle to the grocery store a couple of weeks ago and during the ride COMAND started resetting (CD player resetting) and now all COMAND functions are dead. Replaced the Aux battery even though no low Aux power indicator was displayed. Aux battery was likely original as it had 31 13 stamp on it. Any ideas what the issue could be?

Check all your fuses…
How old is the main battery?
Mileage on car?

Main battery shows 12/20 on it and it's a cheapo "diehard" from Advanced Auto. Car has 44k miles on it. Although I've not driven it much since I pulled the Aux battery, everything seems to be working other than COMAND.

If all your fuses are good, while car is on, see if holding the power button down in the center console for 10-15 seconds reboots MBUX. (It should)
